D_D Agency is a collective venture builder built up from the best talent in D_D to face and build collectively, curated products and services that provide value for D_D and others.
Providing consultancy to external organizations focused on web3 and its implementations. Business development, Product management & ownership, Product design, and development and technical services for web3 products.
The goal is as well to create a revenue program for the DAO in which it positions the agency as a connector between the members and external services.

The proposed budget is 56,400 $CODE to be distributed over four months.
Until we have a final legal and social implementation from the actual structures of DAOs into society, DAOs are in a limbo in which their main values are creating strong communities that unlock specific tokens by voting. DAOs are then for everything and for nothing at the same time. As I see them as tools to ease up (a lot) future cooperative efforts that require human organization, now we are on a messy pre web3 world.
With Agency we want to push the DAO as a service provider to explore, experiment, and solve the steps needed to bridge the gap between DAOs and the non-crypto world until is all tighten up.
D_D is then the best DAO to push further this experiment as the value it providers to the newcomers and senior members is the best out there. Having the core basis of education at its birth is a solid rock to set the foundations of a service provider that has the “real world” view of client needs in order to have the best education and at the same time the best talent out there as the initial screening process happens indoor.

Scope of work
The first phase of D_D Agency will work to set up the foundational structure to enable the future success of the proposed DAO dynamics within the exterior. The initiative will work to complete from one to three paid projects during Season 1. To accomplish that, the following steps need to be taken.
- (In progress) Assemble a Core Team that will deliver the initial projects.
- Build a framework that will funnel projects to D_D Agency.
- Agency MVP website/form
- MBD Guild funnel
- Create a base operational framework that will allow the Core Team to deliver on time.
- Start and test a Reward System that will enable the correct rewards for Core Team, and collaborators and providers while ensuring revenue share for the DAO.
A core team is required to manage the process, infrastructure, and strategy and support all the building efforts. An initial managing structure will be needed in order to push the creation of the required relationships, traduce company-like funnels into decentralised structures, and provide the framework of trust that an external organization will need to open a client-provider relationship good enough to be able to target big enough projects to fund this proposal.
A multi-sig safe will be created and operated by the core team.
Current members in charge of the multi-sig:
Core team members will be evaluated at each season with the set of needs promoted to the next one. The amounts are based on an hourly rate of 15 $CODE, as suggested in the $CODE Rewards proposal, and an average of 10 weekly hours. 15 $CODE * 40 monthly hours * 4 months = 2,400 $CODE / Season

Bonus Rewards: Each Senior Contributor will earn a 200 CODE reward each month by delivering its tasks on time and with the required quality in addition to regular rewards. These rewards will be judged each month by the Core Team of D_D Agency.
Total CODE required for each Senior Contributor: 3,200.
Total CODE required for 15 Senior Contributors of 3 different projects: 48,000 total.
Each project entering the final step of the qualifying funnel will need a leader.
The leader will assume responsibility for the project and the assignment of CODE to participants from start to finish. He/she will assume sole responsibility for the correct managing allocation of the tokens between the project participants.
Financial implications: Revenue & CODE
The goal of D_D Agency is behave as a startup itself inside D_D.
On one side it will receive its own revenue from the services its provides to clients and Ventures. The rewards/salaries system and culture created should be over-market and attractive in order to attract and maintain talent and become a trustable source of services in the actual (not future) market.
Each project done should generate a +35% over expenses.
From the revenue it generates per season. The breakdown should be like that:

- 10% to Developer DAO.
- 10% to D_Agency Core Team.
- 5% Project Leaders
- 10% to Contributors (Contributors are as well the leaders), based on CODE earned per season.
On the other side this is the detailed list of all $CODE requirements for:
Contributors to D_D Agency are expected to be the star builders of Developer DAO, and will be expected to deliver projects efficiently, and therefore should be rewarded with $CODE at a higher rate than any other project in the DAO.
Why? To create the expectancy & value of reaching the enough knowledge and experience to reach work with D_D Agency
The expectation is to develop a system in which $CODE is assigned per value delivered to D_D and / or D_D Agency, in which D_D Agency really provides that revenue back to the DAO.
After the season, and always with a data-driven perspective to evaluate how D_Agency has performed based on a series of KPIs to be defined during the season.
Success Metrics & KPIs
- 1-3 projects/clients are on schedule/delivered at the end of the Season.
- Tasks assigned to Core Team are up & running.
- Tasks assigned to Senior Agents are being done on time.
- 60% of Senior Agents at the end of the Season are willing to continue on the project.
