Fully support this. The committee imo should be a budgeted role where members serving receive rewards in $CODE for their service to the DAO via [DRAFT] Rewarding Contributions in $CODE.
assuming people agree these actions should be rewarded in $CODE don’t think votes for this committee need to be done on snapshot as members positions will be ratified via budget application process anyhow,
