This will only be the founding team at genesis of Season 1. Given how the Coordinape rounds are playing out though suspect sever core contributors will be quite close and with further $CODE being earned via [DRAFT] Rewarding Contributions in $CODE people should this thresh pretty quick into S1.
I think it’s important we still have some kind of manual check here either a DAO vote that allows someone to be given this right OR an elected committee with delegated responsibility to approve/reject, to ensure people can’t just purchase lots of $CODE and perform a Governance attack
