Contributors to Agency DAO are expected to be the star builders of Developer DAO, and will be expected to deliver projects efficiently, and therefore should be rewarded with $CODE at a higher rate than any other project in the DAO

… every other project that is important is currently being paid the same rate, think it’s unfair to break that rule and would love other opinions. cc @stewards
